Went in awhile ago but only remembered to leave a review now, I was served by Sarah (who works Fridays and Saturdays at the time), and she was wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I got a few samples of products to test with my other make up at home and came back to purchase because her recommendations were spot on. I prefer Mecca because they are usually sufficiently staffed and the sales assistant are helpful and not pushy, great for indecisive people like me

Oh my goodness absolutely 10 star. Going to this Mecca for the first time was a blessing in disguise. I went in looking for a certain skincare concern and the lady knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me the right products that have benefited my skin dearly. She seemed educated and very knowledgeable as a result I brought her recommended product and have never been happier.

I was served by the most beautiful/loveliest girl in the fragrance section. I didn’t catch her name but she was so lovely and helpful when i was trying to explain what my mum liked in perfumes! Lazy Sunday morning by Replica - hopefully she remembers me! ❤️

I came in today with my mum as she was looking for some products. Had a great experience with Lisa, she was so friendly and gave my mum a full make over. My mum was so happy with how beautiful she looked we bought some products she recommended and my mum couldn't stop smiling and talking about how happy she was for the rest of the day. Thank you Lisa, will be back to see you.

I just had my shopping today in Parramatta branch. This is the first time that I wasn’t asked if I have an account upon check out. The cashier who attended me has to be reminded about my account and she was just going through with my payment and thats it. Very frustrating service as a customer for almost a year now. She’s not doing her job well like the other cashier who attended me during my previous experienced. She will definitely need a training again. I’m giving 2 star of the review for the service.

Visited Mecca today and was met with the lovely Rana. She was incredibly helpful and was able to provide me with the perfect colour match alongside the best product recommendations for my skin type. She really knows her stuff!! Highly recommend ❤️

Bernie at the fragrance counter was awesome, so helpful and really took the time to help me and mum understand the science behind fragrances. I ended up buying Black Lotus and she helped me find a store it was available. Beautiful person and great experience!
