Excellent service, which ran like clockwork. Kevin was very helpful in explaining what was the best installation to have, but also how to navigate VicSolar. There was very little I had to do to get the rebate other than provide details of income and the rates notice. Everything else was looked after by Kevin and his team - a very painless experience. The installers arrived on time, made the installation and arranged for an engineer to approve it. I would highly recommend Solstra.

Dealing with Kevin at Solstra was a revelation in practical advice and investment guidance. I chose Solstra also because it doesn’t “Sub out” their work. They use their team that provide a quality job and if there is a problem…. You speak directly with the Boss. Good system. Great company to deal with.

Kevin and his crew made a complex process as simple as possible. He came to the house before quoting and we discussed everything. A short time later the install was scheduled and the crew arrived on time and got to it. Great clean job. Everything working. Kevin came back to check it all out. Helped me set up my monitoring and made sure everything was working. It was great to deal with a local Frankston business who live by their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. Very competitive pricing and top notch workmanship.

We are very pleased with the work from the Solstra team. Our Tesla Wall Connector quote, appointment and installation was very efficient and professionally handled. The installation team had a few challenges with the installation, but did a great job of the installation and took time to ensure we were happy with all aspects of the install and comfortable with operation of the new wall connector.

I would highly recommend Solstra for your solar panel installation. Kevin went above and beyond with our questions and his recommendations were explained very clearly to us. The install team were very professional and friendly and explained the system to me when they were finished. Communication from the office team was excellent. The system is working great. Highly recommended.
