Honestly what the hell with this customer service ? I called yesterday to ask for a key copy and the guy said he was not in the shop , but he was gonna call me again when he was there. I didn’t received any response, so I called again and ask if they were open , then he was just rude and said I’m not in the shop at the moment and hang up the phone ? I really don’t understand why this way of just avoiding a customer without giving further information. So I decided to go to the shop and honestly is understandable if you guys just do appointments, but let the customer know before giving a bad impression.

My electronic car keys were not working (1 water affected, the other not opening due to perished rubber)I have had Yossie sort out my car keys on 2 occasions.He very pesistent in finding the most inexpensive option for me.He replaced the rubber surface on 1 key and I got an aftermarket key for $95.Hyundai quoted me $1200 & said both keys needed replacing. I also had to put the car in the workshop to identify the key type ..the mobile car cutting service quoted $250.I would recommend Yossi for his expert automotive services.

Jossi responded quickly to my request for service. He arrived on time, worked quickly and effectively. He repaired my locks instead of unnecessarily replacing them - which would have been more expensive, and overall charged me a most reasonable fee. He is also personable. I would happily use his service again and recommend him.

Yossi is an absolute legend! I rang countless other locksmiths in Sydney and they laughed at me when I told them my problem but Yossi listened to me and took the time to fix my problems. I gave him a difficult job but he didn’t give up and I left with a smile on my face. Thank you so much, could not recommend you enough
