I have placed the order with you and also asked you to write a personalised message and I paid for that but there was not any message on the cake which disappointed us alot. If you don't see the order carefully, what's the point of paying extra for the message.

Though customer service was good, we found the cakes we ordered to be too sweet. The sugar taste was overpowering the other flavour and texture of the cake. Even the kids didn't like it.We would like to know if you do a less sugar version that would be nicer to the palate.

I’ve been a regular customer for close to 10 years and always receive amazing customer service from the helpful and friendly staff. They are always happy to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. The cakes are always fresh and beautifully presented, and no family occasion would be complete without our favourite selection. I recommend this particular store to all of my friends and family.

It's always great to open the birthday cake box pop on the candles ready to sing to your child with their friends and family to find the strawberries on the cake mouldy.Purchased at approximately 10.45am and attempted to serve at 8pm, refrigerated all day. Disgusting! Now it makes sense why they didn't open the box for us to check it before leaving the shop like they normally do, wish I had of realised and checked it. Never again.

Customer service and staff attitude was appalling at this store. MANY times we've ordered half size cake and it's a smaller cake, we order one for my daughter and they gave us a cake cut in half and the rude idiots behind the counter thought it was funny and that were the idiots who ordered half OF a cake".Will never return

I’ve bought a few birthday cakes from this shop and never been disappointed. Very easy to order in advance and pay online and a smooth pick up experience. Delicious and well presented cakes and very professional and polite staff. Great store!

Ordered the Quad Choc cheesecake for a mates birthday and not only was it delicious, it looked amazing.Everyone enjoyed it!Have to compliment the service - was so easy to order, pay for and pick up with plenty of time before the night.Thanks for the great cake!

It was our 1st time buying the cake from Pakenham cheese cake shop. The cake looked amazing and on top of that it was super soft, fresh and yummy. The girl at the shop was very helpful and friendly. My kids love the cake and looking forward to have more.I would recommend this particular store to all of my friends and family.

Went to that shop to pick up the custom made cake, parking is convenient infront of the shop, the cake looked amazing and tasted very delicious, the young lady who served us was amazing and friendly. Quick easy transaction. Would love to use them again as we had a great customer service experience. Keep up the good work
