The ladies here have been ironing my sheets (yes, I like ironed sheets!!) for eighteen months - always well done, very obliging around timing, easy to deal with. No complaints at all!

I have found the ladies on the weekend fabulous. However, the 2 times I have put my washing in for services wash on a Monday Karen lost my bras that were in a separate zip washing bag for delicate items. I went and spoke to her and gave her my details to get in touch if they turn up, they never showed up and I let it go, it cost me over a hundred dollars to replace the 3 bras lost. A year later I drop off again on a week day and again Karen lost my bras, 2 this time again at a cost to me to replace. I went in and told her she had lost my items again and she said quote 'I've never seen you before in my life' and denied any memory of the previous indecent. She is the manager and is as sour and rude as you can be. I find it too much of a coincident that this happen twice. I don't trust that woman Karen one bit, do not use her laundry or let her anywhere near your stuff she is hopeless. The ladies on the weekend however, are fantastic. Unfortunately I will be looking for someone else to do my laundry as I don't want to give that woman any of my business.

The worst dry cleaners I have ever encountered. They ruined an expensive pair of jeans and offered no compensation. The owner, Warren, actually tried to blame me. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I advise to go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, I haven't even experienced the service as I was spoken to dismissively. I called to enquire about the laundry service and was told the bare minimum information and basically hung up on over the phone - very disappointing

Very rude. Tell me where to go. Worst customer service. They also insult you if you don't do what they want. I was given a one finger salute, because I responded to there rudeness

Wonderful people here!! Lots of machines and they will do a load of washing brought In the morning for $10 each load and have it dry folded and ready for you by the end of the day :D
