Amazing facilities: sauna, cryo, massage chairs, fully decked out body building gym equipment, ring, punching bags, Tvs. Cheap membership with no locked in contract. Coach Clay is a legend and gives everyone the attention they require for their training.

Great boxing gym for all levels of experience! Loads of equipment and facilities for recovery - sauna, ice bath, massage chair and cryotherapy. Trainers are super helpful and patient - awesome value for the membership fees
