Camping in the area. Decided to stock up on supplies. Very regular Woolies shopper. Completed my shopping and decided to buy some Hot Crossed Buns as a treat. I love fresh hot cross buns, with a bit of butter. STALE AS. Very disappointed Woolies, you need to lift your game.

Prices shown on the items that are on special I'm not on special tickets turn you the prices are incorrect all the time if you don't look when you pay your pay more than you thought you would pay. Employees leave trolleys blocking fire hydrant and emergency Stairway not a safe place to visit

Always understaffed during peak periods.Fruit and vegetable sections are low in stock.Very small range of products.This store is poorly run and way too small for Thurgoona.

Terrible experience. We came in to get coffee and there wasn’t any. There were no staff available and when we found a guy restocking, he was very rude. He spoke in an aggressive tone and carried on like a brat. He threw the empty boxes out of the way aggressively in front of a woman and her child. Not a happy shopper. Horrible service

Go here if you like waiting in line..The other day I had a croquet match to get to at 9am, however I needed to stop into Woolies to pick up some ingredients to make some sandwiches for the old birds round the club. (Gotta impress the ladies). I was late by 25 minutes because they only had the 1 register open, an absolute travesty. Us old folk don’t want to use these self checkout gadgets and gizmos.You have cost me my ladies Woolworths Thurgoona, shame on you.Cheers,Croquet lover love croquet.

Quite busy when I was there. Lots of fruit and vegetables and good specials.Staff were very helpful and friendly assisting with information on location of products. Helpful staff on the checkout. Good experience.

Usually I can get everything I need but sometimes they run out of an item that is on special. Staff are always very helpful.The store and Carpark are too small for the amount of people who use it.
