Fitstop Redcliffe
I joined Fitstop a few months after my partner did, he was coming home every day after a session feeling great and getting fit, while I was struggling to motivate myself to go to my normal gym even once a week. I’m so glad I made the decision to sign up, the coaches push you to work your hardest and you always come away feeling sore and satisfied. It’s a great atmosphere and the workout times and lengths fit my schedule perfectly

In such a short time Fitstop Redcliffe has had a wonderful impact on me. The classes are full of variety and challenging, yet not impossible. The trainers are friendly and make you feel welcome which is hard to find at a lot of other places. I highly recommend joining.

I am my healthiest and fittest self since joining Fitstop Redcliffe. The best thing about going to Fitstop, apart from seeing results, is the community. The atmostphere is great, the trainers are very supportive and members are always helping and encouraging each other.It's been great for me physically, mentally and socially, couldn't have chosen a better family to join! Thanks guys!

I joined Fitstop Redcliffe late last year and it's been such a positive impact in such a short time, I love it. The trainer's are all amazing, you can see they enjoy what they do and always ensure you have good technique when performing lifts etc. Its a happy, friendly environment to train :)

Fitstop Redcliffe is the best! - unreal place to have a laugh, train, achieve your goals and be a part of something great! With a real sense of community and belonging plus constant support, accountability and fun - there is not better place in my opinion.
