We recently used All Districts Appliance Service to repair our Miele dishwasher, we've previously had problems getting someone to repair this brand but no problems here, Matt came out on time and carried out the work and tested it out before leaving, we were very satisfied with the service and will use and recommend them in future.

Initial call out they replaced the wrong fridge part (mistakes happen), but when trying to get them back we were told the technician would arrive early morning. We waited at home for the WHOLE DAY, with no contact. Then the whole next day also. They filtered calls to voicemail and did not return calls requesting an update. We were polite and very reasonable! There is no excuse for this.

They answered my call, booked my service in all of 10mins they gave me a time frame and kept to it, the service man was extremely helpful and he fixed the leak by replacing the water hose all done in under 30mins. And he cleaned up the water and mess that was made by the machine oh and found to lost socks. Can't say enough good things about their service as this is not the first time I have had to call them to service our 30 year old Simpson washing machine. So call them and they can fix your machine too.

First time we have used this firm. Next day service, very quick and efficient, on the ball. Had the parts with him, and the whole job was finished quickly and satisfactorily. Neat, tidy, friendly. Will definitely use again when necessary, and very happy to recommend.

My Husband tried to fix the washing machine and it was still out of balance and stopping on spin plus leaking . Mathew came out on the day I called found our unit easily and fixed the machine all in the call out price. Now i am happily washing no leaks no spin problems and no washing machine moving along the floor thanks so Much .
