These people are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Had a problem with my engine which they diagnosed as a cracked turbocharger and charged me $15 000 to replace it. Did not need replacing. Then they said the engine needed to come out of the boat for $15 000 maximum repairs to replace a cyclinder lining. They then ripped the deck hatch and engine out of the boat using people clearly incompetent in this type of work causing $50 000 plus damage to my tower legs, deck hatch and quoted a further $50 000 to $90 000 to fix an engine that costs about $75 000.00 new!. Do not trust a word they say. Pirates.

They forgot to put the pistons back into our engine after a rebuild, later claiming it was not their fault as there were no transparent orifices in its sides. Regrattably therefore we must deduct 2 stars.

Could not get any better than the friendly professional and efficient service .Outstanding service from Peter the Manager/owner. Most rare these days especially in the marine service industry.

One star is too much.Have you heard of the Dunning–Kruger effect ? Here it is personified, This company is infested from bottom to top with people so stupid and incompetent that they lack the ability to recognize their own ineptitude, paradoxically, they suffer from a misplaced confidence and an undeserved illusion of adequacy.This company is COMPREHENSIVELY incompetent, from ordering, installing, servicing, beginning to end, they are total muppets. Almost NOTHING was done professionally and as a result significant damage was done to the engines. As an added bonus, the owner is probably the rudest and most arrogant business person I have ever met.On the bright side, when I did experience engine failure, the owner refused to answer emails, which allowed me to find another Volvo dealer who fixed their stuff ups.ENGAGE THEM AT YOUR PERIL !!

Worst experience l have ever had my boat was over heating so l took it to Da met they said nothing wrong with the boat but for going over it the invoice was $2000 we are talking about a 24 foot boat nothing bigI hope this review does help other people not to get ripped off until now my boat has been held hostage and I'm still waiting on the accc
