I’ve struggled with acne prone skin, scarring, redness and dullness for most of my life. I’ve tried every product under the sun, gone to specialists etc and have never seen much improvement. The team at Skin Spa have absolutely turned that around, I’ve only been for a few treatments now and my skin has never looked better. The team at skin spa is so lovely and my treatment plan has been personalised to get the most out of each session whilst not being to harsh on my skin. The team is knowledgeable and absolutely lovely, I really look forward to every appointment! Very affordable too, so glad I found you guys!

I love coming over to skin spa as they have completely transformed my skin. I no longer break out and my skin is the clearest it has ever been. Jenny and the team are always nice and always do an amazing job!

Excellent treatment for capillaries and spider veins. I put up with them on my leg for years, now they’re gone. Minimal pain, reasonable price and lovely ladies!

Marg and the girls are absolutely wonderful and supper accomodating. My skin has improved dramatically since coming to the salon. From the texture of my skin to my acne clearing up and my massive pores minimising. Regarding the ultraderm products in-store, at first I was skeptical but the products work very well with the treatments. With a consistent routine these products have worked magic on my skin. So happy with the service of this salon, wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!

This is start early this year, suddenly my skin breaks out badly and I have to say I am almost depressed because my skin look horrible. But my niece introduced me to see Skin Spa Team, omg they are amazing, they worked very hard to find out what’s wrong and they are very generous with all free products that I can keep my skin calm at home instead of waiting to come to salon only. Now my skin looks amazing even without makeup and I feel so much more confident to see people, it’s very highly recommend if you want to looking for someone to trust to looking after your skin, I love you all skin spa.

I started coming to Skin Spa Ashgrove when my skin felt like it was getting out of control due to stress, poor diet and just being slack in general. After the first acne facial I was instantly motivated to get into a good routine using amazing skincare religiously, fix up my diet, hydrate more and to keep up regular facials. Margy and the girls are so lovely and always have the best personalised recommendations when it comes to helping skin look and feel better. Straight after the first facial which included extractions, high frequency etc, a relative of mine commented on my face saying wow it looks like you've been attacked"... fast forward to a couple weeks later and there is almost no trace of acne like there was before I started coming to Margy. Have now just started on Microdermabrasion facials and couldn't be happier. Very highly recommend! : )"

What can I say? Thankyou Skin Spa, Margy and team for everything you have done for my skin. I started seeing Margy a few years ago after walking into her salon to book for an eyebrow wax. Boy did I find more than a great therapist who does a perfect eyebrow wax. I had tired skin with lots of pigmentation which I found embarrassing and would cover up with concealer. I had used expensive skin products even medical graded, but never got the results I was looking for as I never had anyone truly educate me in skincare and who took the time to work on my skin. Margaret and her team genuinely care about your skin. Margy takes pride in her work as she is passionate and loves to see her clients happy. She goes above and beyond for all her clients and doesn’t see her work as a job but rather a way of life….to love the skin you’re in :-).Margy has educated me over time and it has definitely paid off. Once I had my first facial with Margy I noticed a huge difference. Between Margy's expertise and knowledge she has converted my skin from tired, discoloured, blemished skin to vibrant, fresh and clean skin with a youthful appearance. Using a combination of products and treatments, my pigmentation has disappeared and I get regular comments about my skin even from my brother who doesn’t usually notice things like skin. I’ve been told I look younger and healthier which has been a great boost to my confidence. I highly recommend Skin Spa and staff if you are looking for honest and caring therapists who are not pushy but will give you the best of advice. Oh and if you want to have the best facial massage ever, you have to book in with Margy….her massages are AMAZING ! And if you have teenagers at home who are suffering from acne, I highly recommend Skin Spa. My stepson has started seeing Margy and is very happy with the results thus far. He is pedantic with his skin routine and has changed his lifestyle to suit based on excellent advice. Definitely worth it!

Margaret the owner of the business at Skin Spa is amazing. With just my first treatment completed yesterday for my acne and associated scaring and pigmentation issues, Margaret has already made a drastic difference. She stayed back after time to fit me in, used a range of methods to suit my skin to give it the best possible chance to improve, and is great with the advice she provides on skincare and lifestyle in order to achieve the best results. I have been going to Margie for years, as have all my children! Extremely knowledgeable and well trained, Margie is amazing at fixing problematic teen skin but also great for mature skin and anti aging. She has all the latest equipment and products and knows how to make your skin look incredible. Her passion for skincare and helping others shows and she gives the most fabulous facial massage too! Cannot recommended her enough.
