Super efficient and very reasonable rates. My paintings are framed under glass and therefore quite fragile. They are safely packaged up for me and delivered in good time. I would not trust my precious artwork to anyone else.

I have used Fyshwick Pack & Send regularly and recently had a delivery issue with a third party courier. I couldn’t be happier with how my issue was handled and had a great resolution by Sam at Pack & Send, Fyshwick. I highly recommend their personal & professional service and will continue using them above all the other couriers for their integrity and excellent customer service. Use their service with complete confidence.

Great experience working with Sam and his team at Pack Send Fyshwick getting a item shipped to Vic. First time using a custom freight service, Sam made it very easy and took the time to answer all of my questions. Would gladly recommend their service to anyone needing to ship valuable items. The item was also packaged well and item got to me quickly which was great.

Not a very good experience with Pack and Send Fyshwick. Turned up Monday 10/10/2022 to send 2 car Wheels to Sydney (Tempe). Was told wheels would turn up that day if not, that Tuesday. Called several times for an update and was not called back with an update. Called again today and was told only 1 of the wheels arrived and the other is still in transit. Should have listened to a mate and went to Belconnen Pack and Send.

Bad experience dealing with them. Unapologetic with their mistake and had to trouble me to collect my book shelf, which they should have delivered to my place. They are using a third-party service - Startrack to do the delivery. The book shelf is broken due to their mishandling. Avoid P&S.

I had to get a few items from Victoria to NSW and Pack & Send were the cheapest and also the most professional. I had the pleasure of dealing with Declan who was fantastic from beginning to end. Amazing customer service. My goods were collected the same day I booked it in and arrived the following morning…incredible! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be using them in the future. Thank you for a wonderful job Declan. Much appreciated.

Pathetic. Organised a pick up time of some artwork from my rental property after driving from Melbourne, even physically dropped in their Fyshwick office the day before to ensure the pick up time was arranged and that it would go smoothly. Had to coordinate with tenant, and property agent. No show, no remorse, had to ring them three times, they never rang back even though they knew everyone was waiting… just put everyone out (in the rain) to not actually do the job… cancelled the job. This is a pathetic business, and a poor effort. Would not recommend at all.
