We have been to many medical practices over the years and have been going to North Richmond Family Medical Practice for 3 years now and is the best BY FAR!Jo on reception goes above and beyond and remembers exactly who you are without even having to tell her.They go out of their way to accomodate my whole family when we are in need and really make us feel cared for.Dr Islam is the most thorough GP I have come across and he takes all my concerns seriously whether they be big or small.He and his whole team are superstars!

Really great small town Practice. From the Reception, to the Doctors involved here, you will be made to feel welcome. Doctors are very thorough and will attend to you're every need. Skin checks are also available here which are also top quality as I've been to a few. Highly reccomened

Dr Islam has been fantastic with all of my care for the past 3 years. From mental health through to broken bones and sports injuries he’s been spot on. Caring and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend.

Went in for a referral for an ophthalmologist and came out with a script for a weight loss injections and was asked if I am just lazy or don't have the time to exercise and did not listen to my prior issues.

Coming from a large medical centre, to North Richmond Family Medical Practice I can not fault there services at all. I am extremely happy with wait times, friendly staff, thorougher consultations and understanding my medical needs. Older family members are extremely happy with this practice too.
