Kids Direction Early Learning Centre

My daughter goes here and loves it so much. I have tried other centres previously and i never felt comfortable. This centre is nurturing and welcoming.Definitely would recommend ❤️

Very rude, not helpful when child is in trouble kicks them out not even after 3 wrong doings, kids biting my child and noone handle it, face deep scratched no one handle it and wouldnt let us in when we asked for observation reports on these matters called police instead and kicked my child out of care.

Excellent daycare my daughter loves it here and she loves all the teachers that look after her, always happy when i pick her up and kids come to hug her good by.

My son and my niece have been attending this childcare for the last year and cannot commend enough how great this place is and how great are the teachers. They show a lot of care for the kids, they initiate a lot of great learning activities , cook fresh food inhouse, upload photos and provide daily update on what kids are doing. Overall they create a very fun and safe environment. My son's development and communication skills have had a big improvement and majority of the credit goes to this centre. Thank you

My daughter & nephew goes to this childcare & I'm so impressed with evreything , they both love this place.My daughter has definitely learnt alot since joining ,there very professionalcaringclean and up to date with technology & modern teaching methods they do alot of activities for the kidsI Will definitely get my second daughter in the same childcare when shes at an acceptable age =)Thank you for all your efforts ❤

Not sure where this owner is buying these 4/5 stars reviews, but this centre is probably the worst I've seen. IPads are offered as means of keeping them occupied while they clean the toilets and the classroom? What a joke. Kid's injuries are not assessed properly and no proper behavioural management plans are in place. This place is only interested in taking your money. If you want proper care for your child, look somwhere else.

We first chose this childcare center because the environment is new, clean and spacious. But after 3 months of putting our child there, we found that the hardware is well established but the software is far below expectation…There were several times when I went to collect my child, I am given a run down of his behavior – that he hit other kids without a reason. Any hitting behaviour that is described is done so with the blame firmly placed on my 2-year-old. What is the responsibility of the educators?One day I discovered my child had a bite mark on his arm and I was told that he has bitten himself. Seriously? Incidents such as this are simply unacceptable. I have tried to be patient and tried speaking to the educators and supervisor for ways to help manage his behavior. We expected that action will be taken immediately to rectify the situation, but there was nothing discussed to resolve the concerns, therefore thats not a bad decision to pull my kid out of this place.After enrolling my child into another childcare center, he is now very happy. He has not displayed any of the previously accused behavior at all, and is really enjoying going there everyday. I truly believe the new childcare place is putting in a lot of effort to not only look after my child, but also educating him, instead of placing blame on the child and parents.
