This is my first ever bad review and I don’t do this lightly, but these guys deserve it. We have had the worst possible experience with this business. It would be worth driving to Sydney to use someone else if you can. Completely just forgot about a repair job on an electric wheelchair for weeks. This chair was needed badly at the time for my sister in palliative care. After a few weeks of not hearing anything and not getting return phone calls from messages left, I had to actually go in store in person to get a response. From there, I was able to ascertain that they had literally done nothing to repair the chair. Multiple emails and phone calls later, the minimum amount of work we needed done to use it again. Disorganized and amateur is the best description of how this business operates. It would not survive in a competitive market. I urge you to fervently seek out their competitors and use them. I will next time.

Very good and friendly service, provide lots of choices o help you get what you need, good products @ reasonable prices,well thats what I first thought 6 weeks to get the rubber end,I had to keep checking, only got poor excuses finally went over to store item had apparently been there 1 week, follow up customer service needs improvement

Very helpful staff. They can usually find a solution for your problem. Or make suggestion of who can.Very reliable disability items. And they service all of their products themselves. I have shopped here for the last ten or more years and have always been very happy with the service.
