Unexpected bad service, inefficient staffs and manager. Very unhappy with them.

Very helpful team with a cheerful attitude.Kind and dependable advice, well stocked with products and even had toilet paper when everyone else was sold out!I have been happily trusting them for at least 17 years now.

Horrible experience from a old sales lady who watched my son who was 2 like a hawk. As soon as he dropped something and it was opened, she said we had to paid for this. This was while I was asking another sales lady about some masks.In the end I had to pay for this and it costed us $9!! For some small glass container of brushing cream that we don’t even know how to use this. Some cream spilled on the floor and she was making a big deal out of it. I did ask her if she wanted me to wipe it up for them.This pharmacy is a disgrace and I would never recommend them to anyone. They were slow in service, and as soon as a mistake is made they acted on it super quick. If they don’t want little kids to touch the items like that they should put it higher up the shelves like in the other chemists!!!I would never never never go to this chemist again even if it’s the last one in Australia!
