Absolutely rubbish service. Apparently don’t stock or sell double ovens. Staring right at them. Lack of wanting to help as it was 30 mins before closing. Why bother have an ‘experience’ centre when the experience was void.

Have been here a couple of times, the first, about 12 months ago, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The most recent visit, the staff were helpful and friendly but there was a definite lack of product knowledge. Hopefully she was new and still learning. Great place to look at product variety and compare ranges

Avoid this brand terrible customer service they do not accept responsibility for their own problems.I've lost $160 call out fee, with nothing installed and a 5 month wait time wasted and I don't want anyone else to go through same experience.Contacted them end of Jan for inspection of broken cooktop. Early Apr installation did not happen because the part that arrived was not fit to be installed and their own people did not inspect it prior to installation.Delayed installation early June was missed because their technician called from a private number and chose to hang out at my front door for 15 minutes and not text or ring again to get access.Every single step takes weeks or months Nx every call to customer service takes an hour. Avoid and just go somewhere else.

Not alot to see here, very disappointing as we drove a long way to see the showroom to gather information & get advice, we thought there would be a huge range of ovens & stove tops.... not worth the effort. Better off going to Harvey Norman.

Worst washing machine ever. New washing machine for 7 months. Need to get maintenance to come twice and minimum wait time for repair is 3 weeks each time .To your reply:I have already used the webchat. They couldn’t do anything and just told me to wait for repair to come. Said they would only consider a replacement if it breaks three times!!!!It has already been out of order twice! Error 16 - communication error of the display screen. Because of your faulty screen I have no washing machine to use for almost 2 months since living here.UPdates: technician cancelled again so I had to wait another week. Before this I had to wait a month for a part to arrive. And the apt before was rescheduled too because the technician is sick.

hat the service of the machine would be excellent. That is the Fisher &Paykel reputation. My dryer is still under WARRANTY. I booked the service w/c 6th May. The first appointment was the 21 May. The serviceman attended but couldnt repair the dryer as it needed two men to remove the dryer from the wall (something I was not told about). The service was then booked for the 6th June. CANCELLED on the day before by Fisher & Paykel because the serviceman was injured. The appointment time was given away within half an hour of this message being received and my spending TWENTY FIVE MINUTES ON THE PHONE waiting to book another urgent appointment. It is winter and I have a 5 month old baby in the house and drying clothes is very difficult when your DRYER DOES NOT WORK. A subsequent appointment was booked for the 11th June. But again the appointment was cancelled by FISHER & PAYKEL at 11.37am when I had been waiting since 7am as the serviceman was again injured. I took the morning off work at great cost to add to the problem. Leaving me to wonder about injuries at F&P. Another appointment was booked for the 15th June. BUT THIS HAS JUST BEEN CANCELLED as the serviceman is now to ill to work even though its Thursday today and the appointment is on Saturday. STUART BROADHURST THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I am now on HOLD for so far 13 minutes. Seriously Fisher & Paykel. This is 2019.What company cancels three appointments.

Fisher and Paykel is a horrible company full of liars and scam artists. They'll sell you a faulty product and then do everything they can to avoid replacing it, fixing it or refunding it.

Closed. We travelled a long way to visit the Centre only to find that it's opening hours were wrong, both online and on the door. We called but no response, and emailed but never even heard back.

In Sydney for two days to select appliances from F&P for a project in northern NSW, timed it for Saturday checked opening times for Saturday at the Bourke street showroom prior to arriving in Sydney arrived …and it’s closed.opening hours on the door says it opens on Saturdays!You lost Aprox $40,000 in sales from us
