Half of the positive reviews here are his family members. he turns up to jobs the first time but left me with a big warranty issue and failed to follow up when scheduled. not at all impressed it's 2 months since he stuffed up the installation of my air con and stood me up then disappeared. i've had to go to Mitsubihi directly who will have someone fix his work
