Monday, 6 February 2023, 2 pm.Just experienced a very unpleasant service today at Woolworths Gateway at self serve checkout by the team member who works there (Middle age woman around 40-50 ish years old)I was asking for her help to her to fix the price at self serve checkout. The price was scanning wrong. She was very unpleasant to talk to and seemed annoyed with my request to help me - which was her exact job being at the self check out. And then there was this guy next to me who took off without paying his items. Suddenly she blamed me because the customer beside me didnt pay their groceries. It's because of your fault so he didnt pay and ran away... BLA BLA BLA"WAS IT MY FAULT because the other customer didn't pay? That's ridiculous!!During that situation I kept my mouth shut and didn't say anything as I was late for work and I didn't want to get into an argument. But I was totally fuming having being disrespected like that.I am working at service industry as well and that's not the way to handle customer!Dear Management

Nice store, some low stock on shelves. Staff were friendly.

I used to love shopping at this Woolies, but the staff there now are unfriendly & rude. I was there at 2pm Thursday & had to wait for the 2 deli women to finish their conversation before one would serve me. I smiled at her as she walked over, but she remained unfriendly. It got worse in fruit & veg. The Asian staff member was talking to her 2 friends. I said 'excuse me' & asked for a lettuce. She gave me a dirty look & turned back to her friends to finish the conversation while I stood by & had to wait. When she returned, she shoved the lettuce into my hands without a word. It was obvious she was angry I'd interuppted her conversation. Having a job is a privilege. If you're not having fun, then leave! Those few staff make the store look bad for everyone.

Woollies, the same as woollies in the rest of Australia. Still trying to make me be a checkout chic!

Prizes are way too cheap and its good to buy groceries in here. This where we go always to buy our daily needs.

Great store and great location, has all you need and more. Always find something different from the other stores here.

Large store, very convenient to Free Spirit resort. Well stocked, clean, a typical woollies.
