Meredith and David are so skilled and generous with their 5 Rhythm dances every week. The workshops I've been to have been wonderful. I always feel nourished and supported in the dance, and they attract the best fellow dancers.

I've been dancing with this crew for over 6 years. Tuesday nights can see a crowd of up to 100 dancing their hearts out. Come along for an experience where you can dance away from flashing lights and cigarette breath and land in your body in a support community focused context. The team are always iterating and open to feedback.
