The nurse messed up my booking and I was moving interstate on Monday and specifically mentioned that when I made the booking. And she schedule into the day after I moved.Was not helpful at all when I asked if there is any similar service in Tasmania.

Went for ct scan and barium swallow, today 9 March 2022, everything went fine. The radiologist(dont remember his name, but tall asian dude, good built) was awesome, great work and customer service.

After a mixup (my fault) arrived 30mins late. Staff were very understanding and worked to fit me in, evening staying a little past closing so I could have my ultrasound and X-ray done. Great bedside manner and very professional.

Lumus Imaging Ringwood Private Hospital
Came to get an ultrasound and ex-ray and was told by a very rude receptionist that they can do the ex-ray today but will have to wait another week to do an ultrasound. I asked why and was ignored, I kept asking why and was ignored till she said what time would you like on Wednesday.She didn’t answer any of my questions and said I can take a seat.Really this medical facility is below satandard and is missing the values of compassion to sick patients.
