I hired them for 2.5 hours and to clean one bedroom and one guest bath. They were so efficient with cleaning, they even cleaned my secondary bathroom and part of the master bed. Thank you so much!!

Tried to upsell on the day but details were very unclear as to what the premium service is. Quoted price is also cash only. If paying card, you need to add 10%. This should've been mentioned on the phone/be clearer on the website. Also just FYI - if you pay for carpet clean, they don't vacuum the carpet before they steam clean.

They even worked with me to make it very affordable so that I would choose them over another firm. I appreciate that they impose a fixed fee per room and stairwell, irrespective of size. Darren from Queen Carpet Cleaning'Cleaning Service' visited me yesterday to carry out an oven and extractor clean. He was friendly, polite and very thorough. My oven is now more sparkly than it has ever been and I would definately recommend him and the company to anyone.

Admin staff were nice but the actual cleaning was poor. The equipment was old, the cleaner came much earlier than the agreed-upon time, and he tried to charge extra for things included in the standard price then was annoyed when we called him out on it. The end result was sub-par. Wouldn't recommend

Warning possible scam. Tried to bait and switch or hold me hostage over an end of lease clean. Avoid!They knew i had to hand the keys in and when the cleaner turned up they refused to clean for the quoted price and wanted more money to get it done or they wouldn't offer the bond guarantee as quoted. The cleaner and the admin were both belligerent and the cleaner got angry when i decided to refuse their service.Absolutely awful dodgy business practice trying to take advantage of the pressures of wrapping up a lease.The cleaner turned up to the door and left his gear in the car and inspected the place first as part of the scam. Ive had the place cleaned dozens of times and never has a cleaner knocked on the door without all their gear ready. This is clearly rehearsed.
