I treat myself to one of these massages when my body is feeling tired and overwhelmed. They loosen up all stiff spots but simultaneously relax and help calm and balance my world. Each massage is personalised to the need I have at the time. Worth the visit.

I have been coming to this practice pretty much monthly for over 12 months. The massages are deep, intuitive. I often feel as though my body has been carefully, gently and lovingly ironed out I find I walk with ease and rhythm . It seems to last for weeks and helps me with the intense clinical and academic work I do. Totally recommend Cherie and her practice .

Today I was blessed to have a divinely beautiful Kahuna session with Cherie. Wow. She felt so safe, warm and welcoming creating a space to easily let go and allow. It's hard to bring words to the depth of the experience. It felt sacred, deep, healing and it was clear she was masterful in Kahuna. In choosing a Kahuna therapist I wanted someone who could hold the whole journey for release, letting go, ceremony and a lush space for renewal. Cherie did this so exquisitely. I will be back for sure!!

A Ka Huna massage with Cherie from Taha Moana Wellness is an exceptional experience. Cherie is warm and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The room is lovely and warm in winter and cool in summer. The music, the breathwork the flowing strokes of the hands, elbows and forearms stimulate the flow of energy through the body and is so relaxing, invigorating, and therapeutic.
