Went there to collect food ordered online but it was not ready.A young female of Indian apperance was friendly and gave me an estimated time of 5 minutes to get the food ready.

Not sure if there are new owners or new staff but the last2 times we have ordered takeaway here in the last 2 weeks the order is missing ingredients or extremely slow - ordered online said order ready for pickup at 6.34 eventually got food at 7.20pm watched people come and order and get food before our order very dissapointing. Sorry won't be going back.

Ordered the sweet and sour pork rice. The rice wasn't cooked properly. Took take away order the lunch deal crunchy chicken and chips . It was okay.

Food was awful, dry and tasted glugy. Very ordinary. Ordered at counter, and still got order wrong 3 times. Used to be fantastic, now terrible. I will nit be returning to this store. All 3 meals ordered were very ordinary.

Horrific experience. After ordering online for delivery and receiving half the order then having to go to the store to collect rest of meal. Wasn’t reimbursed delivery fee or received any compensation for store mistake. Would recommend going to your next nearest store.

Have been a loyal and happy customer for years but our last two visits the food has not been what it once was (new management?) Very oily, salty rice tasted like the last thing in wok was burnt. Containers not full even though being charged extra for “premium” itemPrawn chips too oily to eat. Steamed dim sims so dry like they’d sat around all day. So disappointed. Will have to try strathpine.

Ordered a small special fried rice. As soon as I opened the box, it smelt odd and when I tried to eat it, it had no flavour and tasted off. Had to throw it all in the bin. Unfortunately I will be giving up on Noodle Box now. Has happened too many times with a few of their different dishes.

One of the servers literally working with airpods in tonight. I dont think they treat customers, food hygiene or the franchise seriously.

Went to grab a late dinner tonight only to come home to food that were unpleasant to eat. Lack of sauce and noodle were dry. Overall experience was awful. Have had noodle box before and absolutely loved it however these dishes didn’t cut it this time. Wouldn’t recommend going back again.
