I recently purchased some rubber from this organisation, and the staff there were very polite and helpful, however, Charmaine, stood out from the crowd. She picked up from where another staff member left off, and saved the day, so well done, for being so understanding, even when I was stressed, due to another staff member's inefficiency.A big thanks, to the young man that went out of his way, and delivered the rubber, on his way home from work, he was friendly and efficient too, (sorry I didn't get his name). What started off not so good, with another staff member, ended well thanks to these lovely people, who just made things happen.Others should take a leaf out of their book. Congratulations on a job well done!

Buyer Beware. I would rather go thru a Reputable trailer builder for my next trailer after all the grief and lost productivity thanks to the used one I purchased.I’m very sceptical about buying used trailers ever again after all the problems…. some were remediated but should never of happened to begin with….Engineers and fabricators can’t even use a tape measure or have a basic understanding of interpreting customer specifications with this company. Anything you need done I recommend doing yourself or in-house at your own shop apart from things they can’t stuff up….

I found this company to be a rip-off. Deducting money from our bond for unnecessary things. Trailers were in better shape than when we picked them up. Do your research before renting from Semi Trailer Sales - there a better places.

Good customer service

Unfortunately I couldn’t hire a trailer. I pre-booked a trailer and Secure two week prior to pickup. On pickup date the trailer had a load on it that the office ladies Laura and Christie didn’t even know about. I asked when I could pick it up after it was unloaded. I returned to pick it up and the trailer was gone, leased out to someone else.There was no offer to make amends, like offering a trailer from the Sales fleet like the advertising says. And now I’m out of pocket with no trailer and can’t work.Sorry but this a review post and this post is true and factual.Firstly I have no idea who ''Paul is and secondly I have the phone records to prove conversations had taken place on Thursday the 16th August 2018

Semi Trailer Sales ReviewSemitrailer Sales are one of the most unprofessional businesses that I have ever dealt with. The staff were argumentative when I attempted discussions with them about concerns with a trailer we hired, and upon providing evidence of the existing faults, they then refused to speak to me about it. I would have given zero stars if I was able as this business potentially places customers at risk by providing/hiring out unroadworthy trailers, and then argues with customers and denies the issues even after evidence is provided. I definitely do not recommend this business. Save your money and ensure your safety by getting your trailers elsewhere!
