I wish I'd read the reviews before I used this mob. The absolute worst spring clean ever - and I get one every 2 years. $60/hour for a totally inadequate joband they left a line of orange drips from upstairs to the driveway where they'd parked - I am still cleaning up after these people. A joke as mentioned beforeCould only take cash and couldn't produce a receipt - I can't believe I paid themI have used yellow rose in the past and been very happy but their number was disconected when I tried to ring ... HELP where have you gone

Sharon is a real piece of work. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED SERVICE OR TRUST ANYTHING SHE SAYS.Not worth the single star.3 times in one week she said she would be on-site to conduct a simple time-sensitive clean and many excuses later, left in the lurch with no cleaning done.Thank god I didn’t pre-pay like I was asked to at the last minute.When expected at 0830am the excuse for no show was that the house before was taking too long, when expected at 2pm she showed up at 3pm WITHOUT any staff/product or intention to clean wanting keys and payment in advance, we then negotiated for 3 people to arrive at 0730 next morning and would you believe they didn’t show? Unheard of. After repeated calls and texts I got a sorry, cleaner called in sick, vomiting in hospital...All 3 of them?? Total floozy and player. No respect. Poor commitment to customers and no point communicating because she’d say anything to get your money.It won’t end here Sharon, you can’t treat people like this and not expect it to catch up with you.Puck you and the broom you rode in on.

DO NOT USE!!!!! EVER!!!I called this company for a bond clean price a week before my apartment lease was due to be over.I gave them a full run down on my property and told them I needed mattress and carpets cleaned so they say that’s cost an extra $100 which I agreed that is fine.Today, the day before the clean was meant to be booked in I get a message (although they had the day wrong) saying I need to transfer them half the money and then pay the other half after the clean is done.I was never informed of a inspection once, all the lady said was it’s confirmed and booked in for the 21st November.I said you will be paid once the clean has been done Just like all my other bond cleans.She replied with I do not trust you so you have to send me the money. WHAT!?? I’m using your business you advertise online and your saying you do not trust me and I need to pay you money otherwise the clean will not happen. Bare in mind she’s saying this to me and at 5:30pm the day before my clean is meant to happen and the day before my lease is over.I am so shocked, angry, upset that this company could demand money from me and then say they do not trust you when you have phoned and booked a service in with there business.Not only am I now stranded to find a company to do the bond clean what are now all closed. I have to give the keys back and probably will have to pay more rent on the apartment as well as wait for someone to come and clean the property.I was dealing with someone called Sharon, who I assume is the owner.Whilst writing this message I literally just got a text saying “you will pay on the morning of the clean tomororw”PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY THAT IS RUN POORLY AND WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME AND DEMAND MONEY BEFORE A JOB IS EVEN DONE.I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.I hope anyone reading listens to me from a honest guy who just tried to get a bond clean.

Do NOT use this service!! My place was dirtier and messier after forking our $300 for a spring clean and her reaction and follow through afterwards was DISGUSTING. She is a liar and scam artist.

I can only agree with all the other reviews....DO NOT USE THIS MOB, they are a joke.

Absolutely appalled with the lack of professionalism this company provided. Was provided a quote via email on giving detailed information on services required for a small office only to have this increased on site inspection which I came to an agreement with the owner Sharon with. Was told after services began that she had under quoted and wanted more money which I refused as per her verbal agreement she had visited the office and given her professional quote on the spot.Told we would be getting 2 cleaners twice a week to clean our offices which the first month we were very happy with the services. However when the standards dropped considerably and owners were notified, sent photos and given every opportunity to correct, I was rudely advised via email that they can't afford 2 cleaners twice a week for that price and our chemicals (standard office cleaning chemicals) were not strong enough for our old" office and to use her chemicals she wanted another $20 per clean on top. This is despite them being sent photographic evidence of toilets not being scrubbed

Mya Twyman, I have been waiting for the pictures you said you took from the clean but you didn’t send. You send Only 2 pictures which wasn’t included when you instructed me the list of the clean. We cleaned your blinds,windows & window tracks,Dusting,vacuum,mop,clean all your furnitures,clean all the doors,dust & spotclean the walls,clean the bathroom & quickwipe the kitchen. Moving your heavy furnitures are free of charge already. Yes my team do our re clean once the customer’s complain is reasonable but you start accusing them of breaking you fans control knob. When my team starts that’s the first thing we noticed we supposed to clean your fans first, but we can’t turn it off it was broken. That’s why it was so strange that you left all your fans running, Cleaner’s can’t break the fans control when we were only there for a few hours. It’s a wear & tear. The unit is a 20 year old .

Tracey,You called us sunday early morning to clean your place. We refused to clean. Then you promised to empty the apartment. We cameback monday it is still full of your personal stuff. You even left a note which i kept saying we are free to put your moldy pots outside. You guys trashed the place and blamed it all to the cleaners and dont even pay the cleaners for working all day. And give a bad name to the cleaners instead. In every 50 costumers one is not happy.

Terrible service. Referred my tenants for an Internal and External bond back clean up service. Provided price without seeing the property. When onsite, complaining about this and that. Demanded additional money for the job. These people done an awful job. When asked to address the issues, didn't receive a professional answer but more demand for money. As an owner, I suffered for referring to them.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I would rate zero stars however I can not post a review without at least 1 star. Sharon not only broke a number of things within our apartment for which our bond will be deducted and left without notifying us of the damages, she also left belongings of the landlord outside of the premises which were stolen, then upon being advised of this continued to send threatening messages demanding payment in full and saying that we left our rubbish in the premises, (which we did not) and refusing to take responsibility for any loss or damages caused by them. Sharon also lied in regards to who the owner of the business was and refused to provide contact details for them stating she was simply a worker and had to collect the money at that the business owner would not want to entertain me" when she in fact is a business owner. To top it off Sharon refused to provide a tax invoice for payments made to them
