i am honestly appalled by this salon. i walked in and asked if they could be finished in an hour as i had to be somewhere. i told them i was happy to come back tomorrow if they didn’t have the time but the boss assured me it could and i sat down. i waited ages only to be discarded to the side. eventually a lady came and started, she then left and another lady came. a final lady came and complained after i asked all of them if they’d be finished by 2. she was very rough and rushed the job. i then had to walk out of the salon with just the base of acrylic nails on, no polish, no shaping. they charged me and i told them i’d come back tomorrow. the next day i came back and had them shaped and polished and i was happy. one fell off a couple days later so i went back and got another put on. i got the same lady who rushed them the first time. i was unhappy with the job she did as it looked nothing like the other nails so i asked her to redo it. i told her the tip looked nothing the same and the language barrier got in the way. she misunderstood me three times as i clearly stated what the problem was and called another lady over. both then ended up yelling at me to the point i was crying and had to get my mum to come into the store. as soon as they saw and adult they finished up and let me go free of charge as my mum was questioning them and they knew they were guilty. a week later and they are flimsy, cracked and pealed, multiple have fallen off. i definitely do not recommend this place. please save your time and money, the reviews speak for themselves!!!
