Dishonest, delayed incorrect reports and poor communication is how I would describe our recent dealings with this business. Didn't reply to my initial email trying to engage services. Delayed our inspection which inhibited our property purchase, outright lied about completing the report and then rushed the inspection last minute. Incorrect reports completed, mistakes made in reports and then refused to respond when asked to complete the correct reports. Still waiting to hear back, disgusted.
