We live in NSW (a few hours north of Sydney) and we always visit Carl's Jr. every time we come to Shepparton!By far our favourite fast food restaurant!The staff are always friendly and courteous, prices are great, food comes out in a timely manner and the free drink refills are definitely a bonus.

We are glad we stopped here on our way into Shepparton. Great food, friendly staff and attention to detail. Food was delicious and for once our kids ate everything on the plate. Recommended.

Burgers are delicious and well prepared properly.Service is amazing, Amneet is very approachable and helpful. She deserves a raise!We will comeback again.

Friendly when I picked up the order.Unfortunately drink was in with the hot food making the burgers cold and was missing a large chips.They weren't busy at the time so it makes me wonder why you wouldn't check the orders going out.

Best Carls Jr in VIC, hands down. I walked in and first thing i saw was the leader, her name was Sarah. She’s got amazing customer service, she was able to manage the restaurant excellently. She was really comfortable to speak to, also she actually made us these Biscoff milkshakes that seriously tasted like heaven. Been here about twice and Sarah has always greeted us and left us smiling our ways out. Well done! Will definitely recommend to family and friends, Thank you once again Sarah for your amazing leadership skills and service.

Delicious burgers and onion rings love the free refills and ginger beer when dining in and freshness of food. Kids love getting a cookie with the kids meals. Always friendly staff and clean restaurant

It was too spicy for my wife and she couldn't eat her sandwich. The spiciness was not explained properly at the counter. All to the rest is great

What an absolute pleasure to be served by 2 lovely young ladies. They were pleasant, helpful, and extremely polite. The food was also delicious.Highly recommend stopping in.
