Battery World Caringbah

I visited Battery World Kirrawee last Friday. Because there was no stock of the battery I wanted at Kirrawee, Steve arranged for one to be put away for pick up the next day at Caringbah. I am most impressed and appreciative of Steve's strong customer focus; courteous and very helpful. I am a repeat customer, and without doubt will continue to rely on Battery World for my future battery needs.

Friendly and helpful, they were able to test my existing battery and provide me with a replacement, and on a Sunday ! Life Savers. Well priced on a match. Thank you.

I've been here more times than I would wish, but I have to say every time the staff have been excellent, knowledgeable and went the extra yard. They were efficient without rushing to pack me off and out.This is good old customer service. I have no hesitation recommending these guys.

Appalling or should I say non existent after sales service. I purchased a top of the line battery for my Mitsubishi in January 2022 which supposedly came with a 40 month warranty. When it failed in May 2023 I took it to their shop, was told that the problem could have been caused by neglect and that they would have to send it to the manufacturer for assessment. This left me with a vehicle with no battery in my driveway blocking access to other vehicles in my garage. The thing that was so obvious is that the guy simply didn’t care! If he had offered to sell me a new battery at cost with a future refund after the manufacturer assessment it would have cost them nothing. It would also have proven a high level of customer care and service. We do many remote country road trips and their little purple nation wide warranty folder would obviously be worthless in a country town. At least the NRMA wouldn’t leave you stranded for 3 days while they assess a warranty claim on a 15 month old battery. If you need a battery for a camera or other unimportant device these guys have the range however for an automotive battery with the potential to leave you stranded call the NRMA. The attitude from staff at this store is an embarrassment to the other decent Battery World store owners.

The guy that helped us in the store was awesome!! Knew what he was talking about, friendly and helpful, really wish there were more of these types of sales people. Highly recommend

Bought a battery on the weekend (Saturday) was served by a gentleman that I sadly didn’t get his name. Despite he was working alone but he provided an excellent service and was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

The owners of this business need to be recognised as truly brilliant operators. From my initial phone call, The level of service was above other shops l'd called earlier that day. A professional phone manner was provided by Tom who answered my call and because they were busy, he took my number and called me back. When I arrived he was so amazing to deal with it was so refreshing to have this level of service. What a great team these people are. Thank-you and your friendly Team of staff. Highly recommended.
