I am a regular visitor to Ascend Skin Clinic at Broadway. I love the flexibility they afford me with last minute bookings I make and also the wonderful service and product. I have many other beauty shop options closer to where I live, but this is where I prefer to go. Emma is always wonderful to deal with.

I’m a regular at Ascend Skin Clinic - Broadway and every experience has been amazing. They are so accommodating to last minute changes to my bookings and the staff are all welcoming and lovely. Fan is wonderful and provides the most professional service offering recommendations throughout the service and is kind and considerate throughout the whole process.

Walked in without a booking for an eyebrow wax & they were able to slot me in with only a 5 minute wait.Fan did a really great job, took her time & didn’t rush which was great. Have had many bad experiences with getting eyebrows done & she did a great job keeping them in a nice shap & not going too thin.Would recommend!

Amazing service! I went in there by chance, and had the privileged miracle of having Ana help me out. She kindly offered to sit me down for a FREE consultation in which I learned SO MUCH from. She even listened to my personal skincare stories and considered my current routines in which she advised multiple options to improve upon it.Fun story : I’m always very skeptical of going into stores/retailers and being recommended products, as I am a person who needs to do thorough personal research and verify that I have received unbiased information before making any purchase. However, Ana’s expertise rightfully earned all my faith and I bought 2 products, despite the fact that it was my first time there. Recommend this place!

This is the best beauty clinic I have been to in years. I have had multiple different treatments here from facials to spray tans to radio therapy treatment. I have loved every one I have done and never left disappointed. The team there are so lovely and so professional. You can tell they really know what they are talking about and really care about their clients. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
