Cooinda House

A very homely environment with a range of recreational activities for its residents. As its a Qhealth managed facility it has access to greater medical, allied health and nursing care. A higher nurse to patient ratio than other private facilities. Close to transport and shopping precincts.

I've told staff to hold a bed in case I ever need to go into a nursing home. Can't fault

As i used to be the cleaner here the place was always clean and tidy .

Love visiting dad at Corinda the staff ate wonderful lovely and clean.

My friend is in the horrible place, has had things dissappear from her room, food cheap, and I don't mean inexpensive, staff nice

My Mum was lucky to be given a placing here while she was in interim care at Brighton Health Campus. I'm so chuffed because the staff here are absolutely awesome. Sure, it's not the most modern place but trust me, the staff make that totally irrelevant. I just spent the morning there for Mums Case Plan and then in the common area watching and joining in some activities. Everyone seems so happy and everyone, including visitors, is encouraged to be involved. The place inside is very comfortably and tastefully furnished. Mum's room is large, air conditioned and faces onto a courtyard. Pets are welcome to visit so I'll be there next Wednesday with my dog who mum misses madly. If you or a loved one are offered a placing here grab it with both hands.
