Terrible service provided by the shop, friendly but very unprofessionalHad my bike serviced and they left it out overnight which then cause someone to try and steal it, caused damages to my bike lock and handle bar and the police had to pick it up. They called me the next day asking where my bike was as they had no idea where it was, they finally found it at the police station I had to go up there to sign it over to them wasting my time.I was happy to pay for their work on my bike until I saw the price, very over priced for the service, costs more than a service that I had with a new tire put on my bike at another shop.Would not recommend this place.

Really really poor customer service. Never got back to me I had to call back after leaving my details twice. Plus you can stand in the store for 20 minutes plus without even having someone acknowledge you. Don't they want to make money!?

The staff at Mick's are most helpful. No one waits to be attended to and genuine advice is given all the time.Queries are followed up within a short period of time.I have found all who work at Mick's are honest and genuine.

Bad service late fix was told $500 cost $700 bike worse than when i took it there they wont take responsibility for not fixing correctly or making it worse.Worst mechanics ive seen to date.

Difficult to deal with. Didn't listen to what I'd asked them to do. Bike came back not running. Charged me for problems they had caused. Mick ....pouring oil on the exhaust pipe causes smoke. Your head mechanic could not figure that out?

Called multiple times, at varying times to try and get a hold of someone to service my bike. It seems no one at this joint is capable of picking up a phone! I called through and followed the prompts for motorcycle services, ended up listening to music for over 5 minutes until the line went dead. Called again, tried 2 more different prompts to attempt to talk to somebody, same deal. This place apparently doesn't value customers.

Excellent advice, great prices (on bikes, parts and labour), and very friendly and honest. These guys are well worth a visit (and it's really not far from Adelaide). As a previous review mentioned, someone is always keen to help but they are never pushy. Highly recommended!

Great service, very helpful.I have been provided with great advice from the staff at this store.Very knowledgeable.Ordering in parts is backed up by great follow up service.I appreciate the help.

If you are going to use them make sure you get a quote in writing l was quoted $300 for a service on my grand kids 4 wheeler when l picked it up was changed $400. They rang me at 11 o'clock and said it would be ready at 12.30 l got there at 2.15 and it wasn't ready very average.
