Joey helped me installed downlights at my property and he was fantastic from the quote stage to the installation stage. He was prompt and was proactive with communicating when he was may be late. He offered advice on the placement of the downlights at my property and the outcome was fantastic. There was an unexpected complication during the installation but he took care of the problem and called other tradesmen to help at his own cost and fixed the problem. Joey and his off sider Jacob are professional, courteous and have a friendly approachable manner. They are sincere and care about their customers and it shows in the high quality work they deliver. They go above and beyond to complete the work especially when you need them the most. Delays in my kitchen renovation caused it to creep to the Christmas break. This was an extremely anxious and stressful as I was hosting Xmas Eve dinner. He made sure that I had a functional kitchen before Xmas break so I can serve up the kitchen ham even though he was already fully booked. He values his customers and you can trust/rely that he’ll get the job done.The initial work for the kitchen renovation was to move powerpoints around, rangehood and oven installation. He also assessed my homes electrical needs and went with his professional recommendations:- Upgraded my switchboard from ceramic to the latest. Sleep better at night knowing it’s not a potential fire hazard- Installed 16 indoor and outdoor downlights with sensor adding that wow factor coming into my home- connected the electrical when Hot water heater relocated from laundry to side of the house- led lights under the kitchen cabinets going from wow to that ultra modern savvy look.I am very pleased with the work he carried out and delighted with the end result he worked on.
