Came here Easter Saturday, fair enough they were very busy and but seemingly very short staffed as the same 2 waiters were seating people, running the til, making coffees and trying to wait tables - this made everything pretty slow. We had to ask to order. My husband’s meal was forgotten and by the time we were able to flag someone down to ask about it, we’d all finished. It became apparent the order didn’t reach the kitchen. His breakfast came out with no apology or anything. Was also annoying as by that time our toddler was getting restless. Worse still, I ordered poached eggs with a side of bacon. The side of bacon cost $6.50 for one measly rasher (photo attached). That’s an outrageous price for one piece of bacon. Overall the food was nice, but far too expensive at $160 (not a public holiday) for 4 adults for breakfast and $6.50 for just one piece of bacon isn’t acceptable.

Love the warm and cosy atmosphere on a cold and rainy day. The food is absolutely delicious. Fresh, very tasty and cooked perfectly. Thank you Jonathon and Ebony.

Bloody beautiful. Nice open fire, 10/10 staff, clean accommodating restrooms, food was unbelievably good. Can't wait to go back and try other menu items.

We parked next to the cafe and shopped for take away and tried coffee and sweets in the car. Then my 7 year old son had to go to the toilet. When we entered the cafe when it was open, they said very rudely that they cleaned the toilet and we could not use it. Definitely do not go to this place when there are many nice places in olinda! !

Very disappointed. I haven't been to Range's in years. It used to be quite good with good service, and friendly staff.It wasn't very busy at all this time, service was slow, it took a long time for our order to be taken.We order the big breakfast which states on the menu eggs as you like them"

Not sure what happened today but service was terrible. We arrived when only four other tables had customers. We waited 40 minutes only to be told one meal was not available. Served our meal after an hour. The table next to us left after another ten minutes. Gave up waiting. Patrons were complaining throughout the cafe. Some left or got take away. No management of the situation by wait staff either.The ‘southern fried’ chicken burger was very disappointing. It had no business having that label. Could have had the same quality of cook from the local fish and chip shop. Chips were over done too.The only redeeming feature of the experience was the coffee but I can barely remember it after waiting that long for the meal.
