By far the best gym I’ve been a member of! No matter your fitness level, this is the perfect studio. It’s the kind of community that makes beginners feel welcome and totally comfortable while pushing more advanced people to their limits. The variety of workouts is great! Loud music, dim lighting and great trainers who really care.

Absolutely love S30, a great gym, with amazing coaches and such a good energy! Recently joined when they first opened and it continues to be as good as the first day! The set up is cool with a dark vibe, good music and fun lights! Couldn't recommend S30 enough - so happy training there!

If anyone is looking for a new gym. I recently joined S30 Mermaid Beach. This is such an amazing concept. Lights go dim, DJ box for the motivational music to get you through the workout which caters for everybody looking to go next level or just maintain. The trainers really care about you and ensure you have the right technique to maximise your workout and reduce the risk of injury. All new equipment, very clean and the saving grace of air conditioning in every session. I highly recommend this gym and worth every dollar of my membership fees!
