We commissioned Gareth to complete the full scope required from concept to DA design, then CC for a subdivision. That included coordinating the roading and services consultants, the submissions to all authorities, and negotiations with authorities for approvals. The scope also required proof of design for a dwelling on a difficult block, which we later commissioned Gareth to complete, including all approvals and award of the build to a builder and contract administration of the build. I have always admired Gareth’s contemporary designs and the house is another of his wonderfully laid out eco-friendly homes. Gareth was always very easy and professional to deal with, leaving us feeling confident and relaxed with the progression of the projects, displaying his vast experience and design skills as he took us through all phases, and obviously asking the right questions to ensure we were extremely satisfied with our subdivision and home.

DA just recently approved for second house Gareth and his team at Smart Eco have designed for my family - return customer because Gareth's designs are extremely energy efficient, look fantastic and his attention to detail, professionalism and project management skills have ensured our ideas are realised in environmentally complex locations that are subject to VERY heavy regulation.
