Pumped petrol. The man at the counter had such cheerful energy to everyone in the line.

Very rude service ! Took a picture of the sandwiches/pies. He said I got to ask permission and stopped me from doing that. Prior to that , . I even stood there for couple mins and nobody were in to collect my payment after I fueled my car .. so why do I need permission to take a picture of those sandwiches/pies. Btw, I took pictures for my kids to choose what they want. .

The bald cashier (who appeared to be the owner) was extremely rude. Told him the coffee machine didn’t work and he wouldn’t listen at all, tried to force me to get a coffee and said ‘it costs us money’ ‘just add more milk’.The other cashier was really nice though.

We had an extremely bad service experience at UNITED PETROLEUM BOX HILL on a Sunday night around 8:30When we refuel with UNLEADED ESSENTIAL, the nozzle pops as soon as the petrol comes out. I tried it several times, but it was still the same, but the meter had already displayed a charge of more than ten dollars. We had no choice but to change a machine. After filling up, we went to the store to pay and reported the situation to the staff. The person did not apologize for this. Instead, he made an excuse that this happened from time to time, and he could do nothing. As a solution, we suggested that he first write an UNAVAILABLE sign and hang it on the problematic oil gun, so as not to cause trouble to other customers. After hearing this, the guy turned on the repeater mode and repeated that he would report to the manager. We said that if you just use this sentence to perfuse us, it is a fraud. Unexpectedly, this guy got worse, looked at us with beard and stare, and said that all he could do was report to the manager. It's as if we're making trouble for no reason.We didn't want to be overly pestering, paid up and left. But looking back, I feel aggrieved.

The bald cashier that served me was extremely rude and did not follow the food safety regulations when handling the hot pies. He put his hand inside the takeaway bag without wearing gloves and deliberately contaminate the takeaway bag. I requested for an extra bag however he resented aggressively towards providing me with a new bag. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I will inform all the local about this issue.

Great food and coffee, great price, Great service and kind staff members, especially the tall guy boss. he's great man and always willing to assist.

Had an issue with the short bald guy.Went in for a coffee, the coffee machine was clearly non-functional and produced half a cup of foam and watery coffee. I went and let him know the coffee machine wasn't working. He was immediately rude and told me I was costing them money. He tried to add milk to it and charge me for it, whilst denying any issues with the machine and coffee. He was condescending and rude the entire timeEnded up just walking out to avoid further conflict with him, as he clearly wasn't of sound mind

I had very bad service in this morning, which I order one pie and one coffee, but he give me another pie that I don’t want and force me to have it. And he said that he already cooked it. Of course I won’t pay for that. And he is so rude talking following me out and throw me the coffee. I know This tall man cashier is an absolute tend to act on impulse so I run away. I really had me the bad time ever especially in the morning, please mind this guy when you guys visit. Hope you guys have a great day.
