Its better to wait for the council curb collection dates and then get items that people have thrown out i.e rubbish than buying anything from fed.Don't put your business in an unreliable situation because of their unreliable products.

Never before have I recieved such amazing service, I live down south in Margaret River and was coming up on Monday to pick something up and asked if I could swing past and pick up the vac packer and 4 door fridge I had ordered, even though the warehouse isn't open on Mondays they still came in processed and put the order on the Ute for me. Absolute professionalism. Thank you

Agreed with all the one stars. We are a business who is using FED freezer and it starts breaking down within 6 months. And their customer service is even worse, take ages for them to send a technican and found out it can't be fixed. They need to send parts and then send technician again, and they are still not willing to provide us a replacement unit for temporary usage. Not sure how they expect us to keep the frozen food while waiting for their services. Avoid their machines at all cost!

Really disappointed in the quality of FED gear.Have ordered four fridges and two gas cookers from them in the past. Two fridges barely made it past the warranty period and had multiple issues from the get go which we have had to spend time and money getting addressed.We had an issue with water not evaporating from a display fridge .The technician who came out created a makeshift drain which then flooded the motor. Now outside of warranty, their service department refuses to help.You get what you pay for. These fridges are made in China and just not suited for the Australian environment. Even when they did work they struggled to keep their cool.Their gas cookers were also flimsy and we promptly replaces them with better quality ones.Buyer beware.

Their products is nothing more than poorly recycled rubbish from china. Complimented with an even poorer customer service.
