Awful experience for my partner and I…We were rescheduled multiple times, had 2 students in our room during ultrasound without being asked if i was comfortable, it felt like a training session as they didn’t communicate much with us or even let us hear our babies heartbeat :( Not to mention we were sent out of the room to ‘have a walk in the waiting room so the baby changes position’ only to come back and find they had brought another patient into the room and we had to wait another 30 minutes to go back in the room!Getting to see your own ultrasound pictures at this clinic is mission impossible as none of the files can even be viewed on mine or my partners computer. Why they can’t print the pictures or even EMAIL them to you is beyond me.Will not be coming back for any scans

Wao the staff at the reception were so good and all well provisional presented and the ultrasound scan man was very very good from beginning to the end of my ultrasound scan appointment, the staff at reception and the ultrasound man make me feel very comfortable, and have good communication with respect. I thank all of you at images diagnostic beeliar.

Started off great but as the appointment went on the mood shifted and it was uncomfortable. Wording could have been better.
