Had lunch here for Mothers day 2023 (14/5/2023). No wait at the entrance and we were taken straight to our booked table in the garden. The garden in the restaurant ground was very nice with Autumn colour at this time of the year. There is a small playground as well. Our food was served after a wait of about 20-25 minutes. I understand they are busy as this is mothers day. Food were excellent (photos are Poke bowl and Portuguese chicken burger). Sticky date pudding (also pictured) was also nice. Overall a pleasant Mothers day lunch. There is a surcharge for Sunday (5%)

A hidden gem I think, but not for long. A beautiful cafe in a peaceful location. An extensive menu with a variety of options for all. The food was unbelievably delicious and the service was great. The coffee was ok - not enough to bring it to a 4 star. The food, location and the view from the back deck is worth the visit. Recommend!

Meg's service was excellent, and the lunch menu caters to all dietary requirements, including a fantastic selection of vegan dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed the Wagyu Bacon burger, which was perfectly cooked and juicy. The reasonable prices and decent beers make Bunker an ideal spot for varied group. The fries are a crowd-pleaser and a favorite among everyone in the party. The restaurant boasts both indoor and outdoor spaces, making it an ideal location to visit after a trip to the Blue Mountains. Overall, Bunker in Leura is a solid 8.5/10 for its outstanding food, great beer selection, and welcoming atmosphere.

What a lovely place to eat. It has an old world charm. There's parking with a narrow driveway, after the roundabout. It's dog friendly for outdoor seating.Can get chilly in winter outside especially in the shade.The food is yummy, had the schnitzel & the chicken was cooked perfectly & moist, the chips are also perfectly fried and seasoned. The wagyu beef was also yum.It's a good idea to book otherwise you can't get a table especially inside.The mains range from $23

We booked The Bunker in Leura on a whim for our 4 year anniversary meal. We were in the blue mountains for one night and wanted something special without breaking the bank. It did not disappoint. We had a bottle of red, a three course meal, and a baileys to finish, and it only cost $200. Each meal was perfectly presented, delicious, and generous portions. We had a whole shoulder of lamb to share, and I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. The beautiful fairy lights and warm, rustic atmosphere made it a night to remember, with very friendly and genuine staff willing to go above and beyond. The Bunker far exceeded our expectations.

With indoor, balcony and garden setting dining, in a wonderful old property that is well maintained, your visit starts out well. Couple this with friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Then when get great coffee and food, the visit is complete. Highly recommend. Near Leura Train Station.

Clear blue sky and no wind on a Sunday of a long weekend makes for a perfect opportunity for a day trip to the Blue Mountains. Unfortunately that meant Leura cafes were packed to the brim with people. The Bunker was our last try for some lunch and with a 10min wait for a table and a 40min wait on food, we were impressed with the attentive staff and apologies for having to wait so long. My partner and I were sat in the bar area which was great as it was a cosy, quiet spot to enjoy our drinks whilst waiting for our delicious tasting chicken schnitzels. Despite the wait time, the food came out hot, fresh and tasty. The cocktails were top notch too! We will definitely be back, hopefully out in the pretty garden or verandah next time.*no pics of our meals as we were too hungry to take a snap

We would have given a 5 but for the rather unfriendly intro by the bloke at the door. Not really outright rude but wasn’t particularly friendly.Environment and service by other staff is top notch. Food was good too. Had a lovely fireplace but leaving the doors open rather invited on flies and insects.

Wow! What an incredible experience here. It begins as you walk up the staircase outdoors through the beautiful gardens. You pass under a brick archway and approach the entrance.The inside is vast and has many sections. It has a beautiful rustic wooden vibe all around. Very earthy and warm. There is a real fireplace in the middle of the space which is a beautiful and warm and calming addition.The music is chill and the perfect volume for an awesome ambience.The seats are very comfortable and the tables are spacious and there are lots of tables to choose from.The food is fresh and delicious and amazing! The hot chips are divine and perfectly seasoned. The desserts were beautifully presented and a visual and taste sensation.The service is attentive and friendly and they go above and beyond to cater to your needs. They are awesome !I cannot fault this place at all. I'm obsessed with this place and I can't wait to be back.

Had an amazing breakfast at The Bunker! It was the perfect start to a huge day of hiking. The staff are super friendly and the food is fresh and delicious. I loved the pancakes and my partner was all about the big breakfast
