They were extremely helpful while there was issue on the NRMA part handling booking. Highly recommend Brookvale Motorserve.

I had a terrible experience. I waited all day for them to call me to say my car was ready, following a service. I never received a call to say it was ready to pick up. At 4:30pm I rang them and they said I had to hurry up and pick up the car as they were closing in 1/2hr. I had to run down to the service centre and when I got there and complained no one really cared. Something is definitely wrong with their communication process. I will think twice before using them again.

AVOID THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!! Worst customer service ever, booked my car in to get the clutch done dropped it off Monday morning was told you’ll have it back by the end of the week at the end of the week was told they needed another week!! They had my car for a whole week and didn’t even touch it mean while I’m paying $150 a day on car hire, ended up taking my car to another mechanic who quoted $1990 for a whole new clutch these rip off merchants were going to charge me $2800!!!

Really not sure what the point of this place is. They seem to act as a middle man between insurer, repairer and vehicle owner - without adding anything to the transaction. Long delays waiting for information to be passed thru (it isn't, until you ring them to follow up, normally because the other party has already rung to to tell you there is information).

I never provide reviews but I wanted to highly recommend Motorserve Brookvale who won my trust after recently repairing my car after a minor accident. They had my car for two weeks and after a few days I realised that I had mistakenly left a large amount of cash in my glove box. When I picked my car up it was all still there - much to my relief. Perhaps no one looked, but I prefer to believe that the team at Motorserve are honest and wonderful people. Thank you for doing the right thing and living up to your company values.

This is a negative review for firstly a job not done right and secondly horrible customer service.My car had a smashed rear windscreen and had shards of glass inside the booth cavity and needed to be removed. I was told by a customer service agent ( working in the capacity of triaging the vehicle) by the name of Will that I am best to use my insurance as a glass repairer will not be able to remove the glass shards internally as it requires a major booth removal. Will was rather nonchalant about this and candidly dismissed my suggestion of taking it to an external glass repairer who would find the job within a day.A week later I make my way back to Brookvale that is an hour from where I live as it was the next available motor serve that had an appointment. To begin with, there were multiple shards of glass still in booth not vacuumed. And to my horror at 430 on a Friday afternoon when opening my booth I can hear the glass creaking away . The very reason as to why I chose the insurance in the first place !Will had the cheek to firstly not own up to the mistake and was extremely obnoxious and rude. I had been left without a car for a week and yet he had the audacity to tell me he will make no promises and will check on Monday when it can be done. At the same time another mechanic who was present stated they will prioritise my car on Monday morning.Motorserve Brookvale has dropped the ball big time and need to evaluate who they hire in customer service. Especially to a customer who has just experienced a great level of disservice.

I have been taking my car to them for 2 years. I find them to be thorough in finding faults but they are a bit pricey. This service there was some larger problems with the car and I thought their quote was rather steep so I bought the parts myself and went to another mechanic. I saved $600 in the process. Always do your due diligence and shop around if you think a price is too high. I might use their services again and I might not.

Charged $500 in labour for a job that shouldn’t take more than an hour, oil was significantly over full, invoice states ‘checked and topped up fluid levels’ but coolant was still low straight after. I know that it doesn’t take 4 hours of labour to do an engine and transmission oil change and replace 4 spark plugs, absolutely taking advantage.

I have to tell, that I am very particular when it comes to car service and I was terrified when I had a dent in the rear door to repair.But the work was done properly, the door aligns with the frame, the paint matches, no dodgy overpaints of plastic parts, no damage to other parts of the car. Just the way it has to be done.So well done, Motorserve, this is a good job, thank you.
