Had a dog door installation booked in. I was called on the day to tell me that the glass was faulty and they needed new glass before they could install the dog door. I was told they have put a rush on the glass and it would arrive the following Tuesday. Three weeks went by and then I called again to follow up and was told my install would happen on 30/5/23.Today, on the 30/5, I called to see where they are and was told that someone called in sick so they gave the job to another team and they cant get here" so they will call me to book in a new date.I am not holding my breath waiting for a call as history has proved that this company does not get back to their customers.Terrible service

Lee was hired by my husband and myself to make and install a glass door and window. Over a period of 9 months, Lee told us the door and window were made and ready to be installed. Lee told us on many occasions that he was going to our site to install and he never showed up. My husband went to Lee's factory and found out the door and window hadn't even been made. As a result of many phone calls to Lee which went ignored, we've now gone elsewhere. I would never recommend this business. Appalling service.

I was referred to Casey Glass by a friend. Lee came out and quoted me very quickly which was great! However after that it all went down hill.Ignored phone calls, messages and emails on following up on quote.Lee had said we could have it installed the following Friday so I took the time off work. He said he would have a quote sent through ASAP.Quote was sent through two weeks later and then when replying to book a time for installation I was completely ignored. Again texts, emails and phone calls completely ignored. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I have not heard anything back from them in a month. I understand I may not be a huge job for them but how does one expect to run a successful business this way, now I’ve wasted months chasing them and have to take my business elsewhere. If you’re after professional service and timely correspondence then I wouldn’t look here.
