I was missed informed with my last review which I have now removed. I wasn't aware the owner works on his own which is why it would be difficult for the owner to answer every phone call especially while he is engraving. Thank you for responding back and informing me. Keep up the great work.

Carl was one of those rare finds. He was friendly and responsive to deal with, was able to take on the job at short notice, and we had a great chat. His engraving skills and work was even better than I expected. I've seen a lot of variety in hand engraving work from different businesses, but this was the best I've seen and couldn't be faulted.
