JC Barre Flow
JC Barre Flow is an excellent service. Run by Jordyn, the beginners class was a great introduction to what ballet barre is for any who didnt know like myself, but also challenges you in new and interesting ways even if you have some yoga/pilates expereince. The class was held in a beautiful, small Country Womens Association hall, and the feeling is very intimate without being too cramped and Jordyn was very welcoming and accomadating. I will definitely be going back to JC Barre Flow, and will recommend it to friends and family in the future.

JC Barre Flow
What an excellent combination of yoga and pilates with some ballet work!I train at the gym so this is a nice change for me and it certainly works the muscles - but with added stretching (which I often fail to do). Jordyn is skilled at challenging you in your workout while maintaining a calm and serene vibe during the class.

JC Barre Flow
I love love love this place. I have been wanting to do a barre class for so long and Jordyn offers the perfect safe haven from my busy life. She is professional and friendly and I always feel so comfortable and at ease in her class. Anyone who has ever wanted to try barre or if you are just looking to try something different this is the place for you!
