It was very helpful talking to Danny about some problems I was wanting to overcome, mainly overthinking things and getting worked up and anxious about things that I couldn’t help. He taught me some very helpful techniques to help overcome bad thoughts and look at things in life in a much better and deeper way. I would highly recommend to anyone especially someone having the same troubles as me overthinking a lot, to do some sessions with him, he’s made a big difference in my life. Thanks Danny

Dan is very genuine straight forward kinda guy. He will tell you what it is and teach you how to cope with it with different techniques. He also takes time out of his own day to check up on you. If he thinks you need more time he takes it out of his own time to help. I was feeling lost and anxious until I spoke to Dan. Absolute top bloke to talk too

My Ex and I had a conflict resolution session and throughout our session Daniel was really a fantastic help. He was down to earth on everything he said, he made us look at things in a different light and really mediated well between us.
