Terrible. These guys don’t care about your hair at all. They sit you down, cut it as quickly as possible and then charge 30$ for terrible service. Never come here

Very very poor communication and the hairdresser did not know what he is doing. Worst hair cut I have ever had and needed to get it re cut from a different barber.

Second time using them, first haircut just ok, thought I give them another go. Second time, complete laziness. Hair uneven and complete rush job, even though no other customer. I will try someone else.

Had sons hair cut by one of the staff, wasn't even a barber, rude, no communication, hair cut was very average. Then when paying not even a thanks just pushed the eftpos machine at me and grunted, once I paid I got a thumbs up... no thanks for coming or have a nice day... poor service, poor attitude... won't go there again.

The guys here did a wonderful job of our sons hair and also did a matching haircut for myself. Very friendly no matter how busy. Good job.

Great work, come in with a messy hair and left with a great cut. The barber was easy to discuss a style with and took his time. Would recommend.

I took my son in Wednesday evening. He showed the man a picture, of his own hair cut previously. He was told he would be able to do the cut no worries. Then he absolutely butchered it. My son and husband are curious as to how this gent even has a license to cut hair. If someone is not comfortable to do a style they shouldn't do it. Luckily hair grows, but not only will we NEVER go back, but we will encourage everyone we know not to also.

Waited for 30 minutes and they got their friend front of me. Even I had a ticket, someone without ticket got front of me. Apparently his friend and my 30 minutes wasted. Not happy and not coming back

Shop is supposed to open at 11am Sunday. Got there just before 11 to find 4 other customers & one of the barbers waiting outside the door. 3 barbers arrived 1105am, no greeting or any form of communication with anyone. Got in the chair at 1107am and asked for a number 5 on sides, general trim and scissor top. No talk at all during the cut by the barber. Finished and out of the chair 1113am. Only thing barber said during the time was tap there pointing to the eftpos.Rude, ill-mannered people like this shouldnt be in what is a customer service industry.

My partner came back into the shops as his hair was messed up. The “manager” for the day was so disrespectful and rude. You messed up the hair you fix it!! You clearly don’t care about your customers and are loosing money due to this! This person needs to be fired if he thinks the way he speaks to customers is ok!
