Greg McKinley supported us through the sale of our two bedroom unit in Woolloomooloo, and he provided great advice, from benchmarking historical sales to inform our price expectations, to what work to do pre-sale to improve the value of the property, including connecting us to trades that could complete minor work quickly and cost-effectively, to furnishing and presenting the unit for sale. Highly recommend using Greg, we had a very positive experience.

I can only agree with previous authors about CLAUDIA POPE. Be careful as your application might suddenly disappear" (though you get an received email from the tApp) an hour after you get a positive email response from her regarding the applied apartment

I got associated with R&W 1.5 years ago and they are one of the best property managers. Special thanks to Alicia Zaronias (property manager) for truly professional with a personal touch. She very wells understands the tenant issues and helped me negotiate, communicate as well as accommodate the requests raised to her. Overall I had a nice experience and will continue the association whenever I am looking for property in Australia.
