Sunlight Bathrooms

My only advise when buying there is check the product you are buying before taking home. I can't say it wasn't scratched before, but the product I bought was out of the box for only a few minutes, time enough to realise that it wasn't a fit to the existing plumbing.So I find it very difficult to have that kind of scratch for only taking it out of the box.Lesson learned.

Had a great experience buying through Sunlight Bathrooms. We purchased a sink online, however there was an error in the system so it was out of stock. Sunlight Bathrooms had great communication, and gave me a call straight away to let me know it was unavailable and offered a more expensive and superior alternative for the same price which also met our needs. We were very surprised at how fast the courier delivered our sink from Melbourne to regional Victoria.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!We received a sink we purchased from sunlight bathrooms. It came with a huge chip on the corner and several cracks throughout. Called them as soon as we opened it only to be hung up on every time after asking for a refund. Shelley would never be available to talk to and each time I was told ‘we will call you back’ and they never once called me back. After weeks of trying to call and be hung up on, I was told that I could do a claim via PayPal.Luckily I paid through PayPal and opened a dispute. Finally after 2.5 months and numerous emails and calls we received our money back - which was $780!! but had to return the large sink via transport at our own cost as sunlight would not come to the party and organise the return on them. Very very poor customer service. I would never recommend to buy from these people again!!! Rude and unprofessional!!In response to your reply - You did not offer 40% off. You hung up on me every time I called or wouldn't take my calls. There was no communication at all. VERY POOR SERVICE! It was one day out of the 7 days due to having a public holiday and us no receiving the sink! So technically was within the time period! Will never purchase or recommend your company again!

We renovated our old bathroom a few years ago with new fittings from Sunlight Bathrooms and were pleased with the friendly and helpful service and competitive prices. This year we had a new on-suite built so went back to Sunlight to buy all fittings again and we are so pleased with the result. We highly recommend Sunlight to anyone needing bathroom fittings as they are always friendly, helpful and affordable. 5 Stars. Paul

I ordered a sink and tap online which I needed delivered in short time for scheduled installation. My order was delivered to Sydney within 48 hours and the products were perfect and very reasonably priced.

I can’t recommend Sunlight bathrooms enough. They were extremely helpful & friendly when I had my ensuite renovated. They have a great range of products, reasonable prices, turn up at the correct time & have great communication.

We were recently searching for a very specific size undermount laundry sink. Fortunately Sunlight Bathrooms had exactly what we needed...I had cause to speak with Darren in sales a couple of times. His customer service was excellent. The price and quality of the product were first rate. Thank you to the team at Sunlight Bathrooms.

Really DisappointedI ordered one mirror for the front of my house and without checking, the installers glued the mirror on only to notice a scratch behind one section which blackened out that part of the mirror.They told me it was too late to do anything about it, and would be a nightmare to try take it off and fix it, so they convinced me to keep it that way. Didn't even offer me a discount.I shouldn't have accepted it, and now i'm really upset.

We are very happy with the quality of the products and the installation of the shower screens. The staff were extremely helpful and very professional.
