Dr Mark Ghamal needs to know what’s going on here. After 15 years of loyalty and ten children attending this practice, Dr Elmosallamy refused to treat my children because I personally missed one appointment. I was too sick to call, or attend! He’s refusing to transfer my medical files and blatantly stated he doesn’t have to or give a reason. Surely missing one appointment is not justification to deny children or people in need care Dr?!!. Where is your compassion? Better still, why are you even in this profession working with vulnerable individuals?
